EPSTEIN - Attorney in private practice specializing in patent, trademark, INTERNET and intellectual property matters including licensing, Customs, Federal Communications, trade regulation and Anti-Trust matters for technology-oriented companies as well as technical and engineering questions in real estate development.

2005 – Present, XPLORIX LLC – Manager and Member of a company specializing in Geographic Information Systems and Geostatistical Analysis for land engineering and property acquisition.  Technology includes ESRI ArcView® GIS software and custom software products for image analysis and real property valuation.

1971 - 1978, BRUNSWICK CORP. - Senior Patent & Licensing Attorney responsible for all intellectual property law matters for a FORTUNE 500 major corporate division including domestic and international patent prosecution, infringement litigation and commercial negotiations for licensing. Technologies included microcomputers, semiconductors, metallurgy, composite metallic structures, ultraviolet-cured polymer surface finishes and games.

1968 - 1971, BRUNSWICK CORP. - New Business & Product Evaluation Associate responsible for identifying new technologies for corporate investment. Projects included High Energy Batteries & Fuel Cells, CATV, Electronic Games, Telephone Products and Video Teleconferencing.

1967 - 1968, BOOZ-ALLEN APPLIED RESEARCH, INC. - Project Engineer directing a facility design study for USAF Crew & Aerospace Ground Equipment Simulation Group at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH incorporating advanced flight simulators and video computers.

1966 - 1967, LAW OFFICES OF S. L. EPSTEIN - Trade Regulation Attorney. Technologies included particle analyzers, video circuits and textiles.
