Land Valuation, Law & Engineering was presented to EM-515 students on 19 MAY 2004 and 14 APR 2005 as a guest lecture by Sheldon L Epstein on law and engineering factors to be considered in applying GIS and DSS technology to the problem of land valuation for environmental managers, buyers and sellers in an international workspace.
